a: Wood based
powder activated carbon in physics method
We select high-grade wood raw material, and adopt vapor method to
activate. Iodine value greater than 1000mg /g, methylene blue greater
than 180mg / g, ash content less than 5%, PH value 8-11. It has
the outstanding feature of large adsorption capacity and fast adsorption.
It mainly used in the refining, decoloring, deodorization, and refinement
for water treatment, food, medicine and chemical industry productions.
b: powder activated carbon in phosphorous acid method
This product adopts wood dust as raw material. it is produced with
phosphorous acid as activator in high temperature activation and
refining. Iodine value greater than 1000mg / g caramelized sugar
decoloring greater than 95%g, ash content less than 8%, PH value
3-5, chloride content less than 0.05%, iron salts less than 0.05%,
the product has more large pore content, it is suitable for refinement,
decoloring of macromolecular substance in the food, pharmacy industries.
c: Powder activated carbon with zinc chloride process
This product adopts wood dust as raw material. It is produced with
zinc chloride as activator in high temperature activation and refining.
Iodine value greater than 1000mg /g, caramelized sugar decoloring
greater than 100mg / g. Ash content less than 5%, PH value 3-5,
chloride content less than 0.2%. Iron salts less than 0.1%, the
product is suitable for the refinement, decoloring and deodorization
of macromolecule organic material in industry.
